Vanilla Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients

1.  1 scoop TLS Vanilla Nutrition Powder

2.  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3.  1/4 cup whole cashews

4.  1 cup cashew milk

5.  1/2 cup skim milk

6. 2 tablespoons whole chia seeds

Recipe

1.  Its a smoothie.  Put it in a blender.
